Open Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar.

Available settings depend on your role, organization, and subscription status.

Organization

Open Settings → Organization to manage organization profile details and branding where available.

Owners and admins typically manage organization-level settings.

Create Another Organization

Use the organization menu in the sidebar header to create a separate organization workspace when your account has access to this action.

Enter the organization name and create it. HireX switches you to the new organization after creation.

Each organization has its own settings, members, vacancies, candidates, usage, and subscription plan. After creating the organization, open Plans to choose a plan before using workspace features.

You can update the new organization profile from Settings → Organization.

Switch Organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, use the organization menu in the sidebar header to switch between them.

The active organization controls which vacancies, candidates, users, settings, and billing details you see.

Members

Open Settings → Members to access user and group administration shortcuts.

Use this area when you need to invite users, review team members, or manage organization structure.

Billing and Usage

Open Settings → Billing to review the current plan, subscription status, billing actions, and usage.

Owners and super admins usually manage billing.

Notifications

Open Settings → Notifications to manage event reminder timing and language preferences.

Security and MFA

Open Settings → Security to enable or disable multi-factor authentication when your plan includes MFA.

When MFA is enabled, you enter a code from an authenticator app during sign in.
