Dashboard Navigation
Use the sidebar to move between the main dashboard areas:
- Dashboard for overview statistics
- Vacancies for open roles and hiring pipelines
- Candidates for candidate profiles and documents
- Schedule for interviews, events, and reminders
- Offers for offer letters and acceptance tracking (when your plan includes them)
- Settings for organization, billing, security, and notification settings
Some menu items may be hidden if your role or subscription plan does not include them. Team administration, statistics, referrals, webhooks, and other advanced areas remain available from Settings when your role and plan allow them.

Multiple Organizations
If your account can access more than one organization, use the organization menu in the sidebar header to switch workspaces.
Each organization has its own members, settings, vacancies, candidates, usage, and plan.
Authorized users can create another organization from the same organization menu. Enter the organization name and create it as a separate workspace.
After creating an organization, open Settings → Organization to update the new organization's profile. Choose a plan for that organization before using workspace features by opening Plans to review available plans.
Search
Use global search to find candidates, vacancies, and other dashboard resources quickly.
Search results open the relevant dashboard page so you can continue the workflow from there.
AI Assistant
Use the AI Assistant button in the lower-right corner of the dashboard to ask product questions.
The assistant answers from the HireX user manuals and can include manual links and dashboard links for the workflow it found.
Onboarding Checklist
New users may see a welcome modal, guided tour, and floating checklist.
The checklist highlights role-specific first steps, such as inviting teammates, choosing a plan, creating a vacancy, adding a candidate, scheduling an interview, completing a profile, or trying the AI assistant.
Vacancy Tours
When you open a vacancy for the first time, a short guided tour can walk you through the main tabs (pipeline, activity, and tasks).
If you finish that tour, HireX can take you straight to the candidate pipeline board and show how to adjust columns and switch between table and board views.
Opening a candidate from that vacancy can start another short tour covering stage moves, interview links, invitations, and the AI summary.
Inbox
Use the inbox button in the top bar to review recent notifications.
The inbox can show offer activity, candidate stage changes, and candidate mentions. Open a notification to go to the related page, or mark one or all notifications as read.
Roles and Access
Your available actions depend on your role.
Owners and admins can manage organization settings, users, and billing-related workflows. Regular users can work with the recruiting resources they have access to.
Subscription Limits
Some actions depend on your current plan limits, such as active vacancies, team members, storage, interview sessions, or AI usage.
When a limit is reached, the dashboard shows a warning and may block the action until the plan is upgraded or usage is reduced.
