Public Interview Links

Candidates can receive a public interview link for an assigned task or interview flow.

The candidate opens the link, reviews the instructions, and submits answers without needing dashboard access.

Candidates answer assigned questions through the public interview page.

Depending on the question, an answer may be text-based or video-based.

Video answers are processed after upload.

Processing can include storing the video, preparing playback, creating a transcript, and generating an AI assessment when the feature is available.

Open the candidate's vacancy task answers to review submitted responses.

The review page can show the answer content, video playback, transcript, score, and assessment details.

If a question was skipped, the review page shows that the candidate skipped it.

Skipped answers may not have a transcript, video player, or AI assessment.

When transcription is available, video answers can include a transcript.

Use the transcript to review content quickly, but verify important decisions against the original answer when needed.

When AI assessment is available, HireX can summarize answer quality and provide scoring context.

AI assessment should support recruiter judgment, not replace final hiring decisions.
